I looked at your two pages. They are very interesting.

As I already wrote, I have never used Radio, nor Manilla, so I cannot say
what are the problems with Radio.

Anyway, I wrote it also: handling Shift-JIS is much harder than GB2312,
because Shift-JIS uses some ASCII characters which are problematic: first
of all the back-slash, which is often dropped out in programming languages;
other problematic characters are "{", "}", "@" (and perhaps some others).
In this regard, it is perhaps better to use UTF-8, because all the Japanese
characters will be in "higher ASCII" characters, like in GB2312.

(The software itself will only with Frontier 4.2.3; it will not work with
later versions).

I think you can change the font of any window (table or WP-object...) in
Frontier...??
