Brent,

I stand corrected... I agree it makes sense to finish the site before
widely advertising it.

(Seth, is there any concern about possibly bogging down the server with too
many users...?)

I have to agree here that it's definitely a good idea to wait for your redesign. It's an excellent hook to draw people back.
