Hello,

I accepted for a client to explore the possibility of letting Chinese
people post in Chinese in a Manila site. The server run Frontier 7x
(but can be upgraded to 8x) on Mac OS 9.0.4.

I could use for such a task the TEC osax, but really, I'm a little
lost here and I don't know where to start.

If people have already implemented this, or have any ideas on where
such a framework should start, please, let me know.

Any infos, urls, docs are welcome.

I know that the rendering engine doesn't support Unicode, but I swear
I saw in recent updates new Frontier/Radio verbs for unicode, but I
just can't find these with search.userland.com or in my mail folders.

So I have to find an input format that Frontier will support, and a
way to output this format so it will be readable in Chinese.

I'm open to any suggestions, even using Perl to parse the text to
transform it in a format that Manila will accept.

As said Andrew Duncan on another list:
>All clues received with gratitude.

TIA

Cheers
-Emmanuel
