There are several packages in PHP that would qualify--phpNuke comes to mind--but I found that rolling my own was the best solution. I hacked together a lot of open source PHP/MySQL stuff with some things I wrote myself for The New Homemaker. Works great, runs fast, is very scaleable and transportable. I still use Frontier but in a vastly reduced way than I used to and I didn't renew my license this year. For me, Frontier/RU will never really be practical as long as there's no Unix runtime.
